A OMNI HOLD S.A.is a corporation incorporated under Paraguayan law, headquartered in Salto del Guairá, department of Canindeyú. We act as a structured, on-the-ground bridge between Brazilian entrepreneurs and investors and the Paraguayan business environment.
We are not a platform. We are not a remote consultancy. We areon-the-ground enablers— we guide the investor through the regulatory, corporate, accounting and operational engineering required to enter Paraguay with legal certainty and tax predictability.
