From registration to goods in transit.
Incorporating the company solves half the problem for anyone coming to operate in Paraguay. The other half appears later, when goods have to come in or go out — and that is when most discover they must assemble, on their own, a chain of suppliers who do not talk to each other.
That is why Omni gathers, around the structuring work, the fronts the project requires afterwards — from the supplier at origin to the goods at destination, and from settling in the territory to communicating with the market. Those who need several stages do not have to search several times.
Incorporate and maintain
Corporate structure, RUC, personal documentation, tax domicile and accounting for the Paraguayan company. Omni Hold's scope.
Source at origin
Supplier prospecting and assessment, product selection, samples, inspection and dispatch through to shipment. In-house network in China.
Run foreign trade
Import planning, tax analysis, FX closing, document review, customs clearance and cost build-up. TC Partners' scope.
Move the cargo
International sea, air, road and rail freight, with cargo consolidation and tracking through to destination. VECT Log's scope.
Settle in the territory
Urban, rural and industrial property through licensed brokers, and tax domicile registration for individuals and companies at Omni's headquarters — under implementation.
Communicate and sell
In-house marketing agency under development, serving both clients established in Brazil and those beginning to operate in Paraguay.
