This policy describes what personal data Omni Hold S.A. collects on this site, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and the rights you may exercise at any time.
Who is responsible
OMNI HOLD S.A., a corporation incorporated under Paraguayan law, RUC 80159036-1, headquartered in Salto del Guairá, department of Canindeyú, Republic of Paraguay.

What we collect
Data you provide. When completing the contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject of interest, preferred channel and the content of your message. Apart from name, email, subject and message, no field is mandatory.
Browsing data. Only after you accept in the cookie banner: pages visited, time on page, traffic source, device type, language, approximate city-level location and interactions such as clicks and downloads. This data is statistical and does not identify you by name.
We do not collect sensitive data, do not request documents and do not carry out automated decision-making producing legal effects on you.
Why we use it
Form data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and follow up on the conversation you started. We do not send marketing communications to anyone who did not ask for them, and we do not sell, assign or share your message with third parties for commercial purposes.
Browsing data helps us understand which content is useful and how to improve the site.
Legal basis
We process form data on the basis of your consent when submitting it and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated. Measurement cookies require prior, specific consent, which you grant or refuse in the banner and may withdraw at any time.
We observe applicable Paraguayan law and, since most of our visitors are in Brazil, also the principles of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
Who we share with
Only with the providers needed for the site to function, and strictly within that limit:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) — site hosting and storage of messages submitted through the form.
- Google LLC (United States) — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for statistical measurement, only with your consent.
Both operate outside Paraguay and Brazil, which constitutes an international data transfer. Both maintain standard contractual clauses and compliance programmes for this type of processing.
How long we keep it
Form messages: retained for as long as the relationship or legitimate commercial interest lasts, and deleted upon your request.
Statistical browsing data: 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access to what we hold, correction of incomplete or outdated information, deletion of your data, information on who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent.

Cookies and how to withdraw
We use only two kinds of cookie. Essential ones, which make the site work and do not require authorization. And measurement ones, from Google Analytics, which are activated only if you accept in the banner.
To withdraw consent already given, clear the site data in your browser — the banner will reappear on your next visit and you may decline. While authorization is not granted, no advertising or analytics identifier is stored.
