Who is responsible

OMNI HOLD S.A., a corporation organized under the laws of Paraguay, RUC 80159036-1, headquartered in Salto del Guairá, department of Canindeyú, Republic of Paraguay. It is responsible for both sites, including the business missions promoted at missaoparaguay.com.br, carried out with the institutional support of the Brazil-Paraguay Chamber of Commerce.

What data we collect

Data you provide.

In the omniholdpy.com contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject of interest, preferred channel and the content of your message.
In the missaoparaguay.com.br forms: name, email, phone or WhatsApp and, depending on the form, company, position, city, package of interest, sector or subject of interest and preferred way of contact.
In the mission membership terms: the identification and contracting data requested in the terms themselves, plus the electronic record of acceptance (date and time, time zone, IP address reported by the browser and browser type), which serves as proof of the contract.

Registration payments are made in the Asaas environment. We do not receive or store card data.

Browsing data. When you keep browsing after the cookie notice: pages visited, time on page, traffic source, device type, language, approximate city-level location, interactions such as clicks and downloads, and Google and Meta cookie identifiers.

We do not collect sensitive data and do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.

Why we use it

Form data is used to answer your contact, organize your participation in the missions and fulfill what was contracted. We do not sell, transfer or share your messages and form data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Browsing data is used to: (a) understand which content is useful and improve the sites; (b) measure the results of our ads; (c) show ads for Omni Hold and the missions to people who have visited the sites, on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta services.

Legal basis

We process form data based on your consent when you submit it, on the legitimate interest in answering a request you made and, for the membership terms, on the performance of the contract.

Measurement and advertising cookies are based on consent expressed by continuing to browse after the notice shown on your first visit. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, as explained below.

We comply with applicable Paraguayan law and, since we mostly serve people in Brazil, also with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed for the sites to work and for the purposes above, and strictly within those limits:

Netlify, Inc. (United States) — hosting of the sites and storage of messages sent through the omniholdpy.com form.
Google LLC (United States) — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for measurement; and Google Workspace, where the mission form records, membership terms and emails are kept.
Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States) — Meta Pixel, to measure visits and ads and to show ads to people who visited the sites. Meta may link this data to your Facebook or Instagram account, under its own privacy policy.
Asaas Gestão Financeira Instituição de Pagamento S.A. (Brazil) — processing of registration payments.

Netlify, Google and Meta operate outside Paraguay and Brazil, which constitutes an international data transfer. These providers maintain standard contractual clauses and compliance programs for this type of processing.

How long we keep it

Messages and forms: for as long as the relationship or legitimate business interest lasts, and deleted upon your request.

Membership terms and acceptance records: for the period needed to prove the contract and meet legal obligations.

Statistical browsing data in Google Analytics: up to 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

Data received by Meta: for the periods set by Meta itself, which you can manage in your account settings.

Your rights

You may, at any time and at no cost, request: confirmation that we process your data, access to what we hold, correction of incomplete or outdated information, deletion of your data, information on who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent.

Cookies and how to turn them off

We use three types of cookies: essential cookies, which make the site work and do not require authorization; measurement cookies, from Google Analytics; and advertising cookies, from the Meta Pixel. Measurement and advertising cookies are activated when you keep browsing after the notice.

To turn them off, click “Cookies” in the footer of any page and confirm. From then on, the sites stop sending browsing data to Google and Meta from that browser. You can turn them back on at any time using the same link.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
