Institutional network

Partnerships

Omni Hold operates as the hub of an established network of institutional, legal, accounting and industrial partners — on both sides of the border. Every partnership is formalized before any public announcement.

How we bring partners in

Principles of the Omni network.

01

Rigorous selection

Every partner undergoes technical, legal and reputational assessment before joining the network. We work with few, and with those we trust.

02

Prior formalization

Agreements and protocols formalized before any public announcement. No relationship is speculative.

03

Transparency

The client knows who is handling each front of the project. No opaque outsourcing.
